Event Booking App
Mobile
An app for instant booking of outdoor activities and events, from water sports and camping to hiking and more, making it easy for users to discover, plan, and reserve experiences on the go.

Overview
The client, coming from the active sports industry, approached with a clear vision: create a modern, user-friendly app for booking outdoor activities. However, there was no defined concept or detailed requirements. The challenge was to transform this initial idea into a concrete product, designing an intuitive platform that could handle a variety of activities and provide a seamless booking experience.

Challenge
The main challenge was handling a wide variety of activities while keeping the interface simple and approachable. Some activities had complex scheduling or gear requirements, so the app needed to guide users without overwhelming them. Another tricky part was designing for both experienced adventurers and complete beginners.
Process
I began with a benchmark analysis of existing outdoor activity platforms to uncover best practices, patterns, and opportunities for differentiation. Using these insights, I created low- and high-fidelity prototypes of the main user flow, iterating on layouts and interactions to ensure the platform would be intuitive, engaging, and flexible enough to accommodate a variety of activities.

Solution
The primary pain point for our exclusively Arab target audience is typical one-year commitment required for gym memberships. This often doesn't suit many individuals for various reasons: they may lose motivation, get bored, or relocate. Our project faced challenges such as tight deadlines and the need to completely redesign and create a new design concept from scratch.
